I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, being so close to Boston's main attractions and right by the water. While the room was clean once we got the right one, I did notice some issues that made it feel less luxurious than expected. The service was helpful, but it felt a bit scattered, especially with some complaints about the hotel's future. Overall, it's a decent choice considering the location, but it could use some improvements.

Initially, I found stains on the sheets and even a pair of dirty socks in the first room, which was a real letdown. However, once we got switched to the premier room, it was clean and served well enough for a night. Still, some fixtures were loose, and the bathroom had peeling wallpaper and a tricky shower head that sprayed at odd angles.

The staff was welcoming and seemed eager to help. However, it felt like they were under some pressure, perhaps due to the hotel's uncertain situation, which was a bit unsettling.

The location was the highlight of my stay! It's very quiet and perfect for relaxing walks, yet close to all the tourist spots in Boston. Being right along the water made it even more enjoyable.
